Business Listing Cancellation Policy & 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

Cancellation Policy

1.a. Businesses may cancel their active membership and listing on the online business directory (referred to as “the Directory”) at any time.

1.b. A cancellation request must be submitted by the business in writing, either through email or through the Directory’s designated cancellation process.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

2.a. The Directory offers a 30-day money back guarantee to businesses who cancel their membership within 30 days of the initial subscription start date.

2.b. To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request must be received within the 30-day period.

2.c. Refunds will be issued in the payment method preferred by the Directory’s administrators.

Refund Process

3.a. Upon receiving a valid cancellation request within the 30-day period, the Directory will initiate the refund process.

3.b. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically within ten working days.

3.c. The refund amount will be the total subscription fee paid by the business, excluding any transaction fees or charges incurred during the initial payment.

Exclusions

4.a. The 30-day money back guarantee applies only to new businesses subscribing to the Directory for the first time.

4.b. Businesses that have previously canceled and received a refund are not eligible for additional refunds under the 30-day money back guarantee.

4.c. The money back guarantee does not apply to any additional services or features provided by the Directory that are separate from the business listing subscription.

Termination of Services

5.a. Upon cancellation, the business listing will be deactivated and removed from the Directory within a reasonable time frame, typically within ten working days.

5.b. The business will no longer have access to the benefits and features of the active membership once the listing is removed.

Modification to Cancellation Policy

6.a. The Directory reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy and the 30-day money back guarantee terms at any time.

6.b. Any modifications will be communicated to businesses in advance, providing reasonable notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.These cancellation policy terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of South Africa.

Severability

8.If any provision of this cancellation policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
